OAK RIDGE, Tenn., Dec. 19, 1995 — Robert L. Siegrist, a researcher in the Environmental Sciences Division at the Department of Energy's (DOE) Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), has been appointed to a two-year fellowship with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).

Lockheed Martin Energy Systems, American Public Works Association sign memo of cooperation
OAK RIDGE, Tenn., Dec. 15, 1995 — Lockheed Martin Energy Systems has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the American Public Works Association (APWA) to increase communications between the two organizations that may lead to improving infrastructures in municipalities across the United States. Lockheed Martin Energy Systems manages facilities in Oak Ridge for the Department of Energy (DOE).
