Two independently controlled syringe pumps deliver a solution of nanoparticles, nanomaterials or polymer to a sonicated head which generates a mist of micron size droplets. The nitrogen flow shapes the mist in the round or line shape with dimensions defined by the design of the sonohead (3 mm to 10 cm).
