Bio
A mechanical engineer, Andrew Thammavongsa, joined Oak Ridge National Laboratory in June of 2023. Andrew is a Specialty Mechanical Engineer in the Radioisotope Infrastructure Development group in the Radioisotope Production Engineering and Analysis Division under the Radioisotope Science and Technology Directorate.
Professional Experience
With 7 years of industry experience with fully automated manufacturing assembly lines, Andrew plans to apply that knowledge to his work here at ORNL.
Education
Andrew has a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
