Mr. Mims has worked 15 years as a Millwright and Fitter/Welder, with over a year at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, in the Research Reactors Division, in the Maintenance Group working at the High Flux Isotope Reactor (HFIR) as a Nuclear Facility Millwright. Prior 15 years' at Alcoa Aluminum, Tennessee Operations, in production 5 years' and 10 years' as a Millwright, and at ASTEC Underground as Maintenance Millwright, and Fitter/ Welder for 3 years, and at John Deere as a Fitter/Welder for another 3 years. Work as a Technician at Ted Russell Nissan for 3 years' right out of high school , where he entered Nissan Scope Program.
