Bio
Mr. Fuller has earned a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology, a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership, and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Leadership. He currently holds a Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) certification and Shift Supervisor (SS) qualification at Oak Ridge National Laboratory’s (ORNL) High Flux Isotope Reactor (HFIR).
Mr. Fuller has worked at the HFIR since 2007, initially serving as a reactor operator and then progressing into a role as a HFIR Shift Supervisor. He also provided engineering, technical, and administrative support to reactor operations as an Operations Engineer which included serving in roles such as the Spent Fuel Shipping Coordinator, the Material Balance Area Representative, and the Nuclear Criticality Safety Representative. He is currently serving as the HFIR Operations Manager. Before coming to ORNL, Mr. Fuller worked with the US Navy as part of the naval nuclear power program, serving aboard the submarines USS Helena SSN-725 and the USS Maine SSBN-741.
