Carson B Woody

Research Assistant

Carson joined ORNL in 2021 and is currently a Research Assistant in the Human Geography Group and primarily works on the Population Density Tables project, which shows human activity at the building level and supports other population modeling projects at ORNL. She has a background in Economics and Political Science and graduated from the University of Alabama with her Master's Degree in Economics in 2020. Her main research interests center around urban economics, and how economic development, planning, and policy changes impact surrounding communities and the places in which they reside.
