7 years experience supporting nuclear facility management and operations, helping keep nuclear facilities compliant and operational while mitigating risk to workers and the public.
At ORNL, I wrote operating procedures for the Nonreactor Nuclear Facilities Division for 6 years, observing operations and translating those actions into concise written steps.
At Y-12, as a qualified shift technical advisor and shift manager in a nuclear facility, I led functional tests, and provided oversight for change control, work authorization, and safety basis implementation.
Now, back at ORNL I support the Facilities and Operations Directorate as a Process Improvement Engineer where I guide teams through the DMAIC process to eliminate wastes and streamline work.
