I work as a postdoctoral fellow in the Computational and Predictive Biology Group, led by Bob Cottinghman. I am a member of the PMI SFA and KBase teams and collaborate with Priya Ranjan to develop mathematical models and implement machine-learning techniques to predict microbial interactions in plant microbial communities. I earned my Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from Boston University, where my research focused on modeling microbial communities and forecasting host-microbial interactions. I leverage KBase as a platform to construct models of plant-microbe and microbe-microbe interactions and use these predictions to guide experimental analyses.
