Bio
Eddie Moran served in the United States Navy from 1995-2001. After earning the rate of Electronics Technician and completing the Navy's Nuclear Power Program, Eddie served as a Reactor Operator aboard the USS Topeka (SSN-754). Between the Navy and ORNL, he worked in the hospital, commercial nuclear power and automotive industries. He joined ORNL in 2008 as a Nuclear Reactor Controller at the High Flux Isotope Reactor (HFIR). Then he accepted the position of HFIR Shift Supervisor in 2012 and qualified Senior Reactor Operator.
