Jennifer is a dedicated administrative professional with more than 25 years of experience, including over a decade at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). Her career has been defined by steady leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to supporting complex organizations with clarity and care. She is a member of the American Society of Administrative Professionals.

Currently serving as Executive Assistant to the Associate Laboratory Director for the Physical Sciences Directorate, Jennifer supports the leadership of one of ORNL’s most dynamic directorates. She is known for her sound judgment, organizational awareness, and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion—contributing to the smooth coordination of day-to-day operations and high-level activities.

Over the years, Jennifer has supported a range of key initiatives at ORNL, including her time with the Protocol and Community Engagement office, where she assisted in coordinating visits from external stakeholders and contributed to community-focused programs such as the Matching Gifts Program. She has also helped implement administrative process improvements across multiple divisions, consistently bringing a thoughtful and organized approach to her work.
