I am currently working on finding antagonists by understanding protein-receptor interactions which cause rheumatoid arthritis and chronic kidney disease. I am also using molecular dynamics simulations to understand cellulose-hemicellulose interactions for different xylan decorated systems. I am also interested to implement adaptive molecular dynamics to understand proteins which have rugged folded free energy landscape with different folded states.
