Rabab Elzohery joined the Nuclear Transmutation & Decay Physics group in 2022. She received her Ph.D in nuclear engineering from Kansas State University in 2022. Prior to joining Oak Ridge National Laboratory, her work focus was developing Reduced-Order Models for neutronic transients using intrusive and non-intrusive methods. During her graduate studies, Elzohery contributed to the modeling efforts of the TRIGA reactors of both the KSU and UW-Madison. Her main role was to use the SCALE code S/U analysis tool to compute system uncertainties.
