I work with engineers to provide practical solutions in design and layout of data acquisition devices. This entails surface mount hand soldering under microscope, as well as troubleshooting and layout of FPGA-based designs. We work in a variety of communications protocols, both at the board level as well as across entire buildings. We strive for accuracy and repeatability in our designs; our ultimate goal is to support the science being done.
