Technology Integration

Delivering new technologies into the NCCS projects and programs.

The Technology Integration (TechInt) group of the Advanced Technologies Section  is charged with delivering new technologies into the NCCS projects and programs, including the OLCF by identifying gaps on our technology roadmap and we develop, harden, and deploy solutions. Our scope includes file and storage systems, system architecture, and scientific edge computing and AI ecosystems. We work to design and procure systems (Titan, Summit, Frontier, Spider, HPSS, and data analysis clusters), develop the infrastructure that supports these systems, and keep NCCS ahead of the technology curve. We research and evaluate emerging technologies in the aforementioned areas and provide the systems programming to seamlessly integrate technologies and tools into the infrastructure as they are adopted.
