A systematic study of the organic-metal discontinuous multilayers [3-hexadecyl pyrrole (3HDP) (1ML)/ Co90Fe10 (t)] 4 (t=2nm~8nm) is reported. The CoFe layer is found to be discontinuous for t<6 nm. At room temperature, films with t=3nm are superparamagnetic, but thicker films are ferromagnetic. Logarithmic temperature dependence of the resistance is observed for all samples at low-temperatures. The in-plane resistance is dependent on the in-plane magnetic field and the resulting magnetoresistance ratio at 4.2k is 0.17% for samples with t=5nm
