I am a Postdoctoral Researcher specializing in biomedical natural language processing and deep learning, with a passion for leveraging AI to transform healthcare. My work focuses on cutting-edge techniques like transformer-based architectures, advanced NLP pipelines, and bias mitigation to address challenges in clinical data analysis. I have led projects ranging from developing scalable APIs for extracting oncology treatments to creating innovative models for classifying pathology reports and predicting pediatric mental health trajectories. By combining state-of-the-art AI methods with a focus on real-world impact, I aim to bridge the gap between technology and better patient outcomes.
