Bio
Dr. Alec Murchie received his B. S. in Ceramic Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology (Missouri S&T) in May of 2016. He enrolled in graduate school after graduation and obtained his Ph.D. Ceramic Engineering at Missouri S&T in 2022. Alec focused his research on mechanical properties of boride based ultra-high temperature ceramics at room temperature and at elevated temperatures.
