Bio
Alexander J. Iman is a Cultural Analyst with the ORNL Human Geography group and primarily works on the Population Density Tables (PDT) project, a data content management and learning system that delivers global occupancy probability estimates for over 60 activity spaces in support of high-resolution population modeling efforts here at ORNL. Alex graduated from Wofford College in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese and Spanish as well as a minor in Government. As a Cultural Analyst, he utilizes his knowledge of language and culture to analyze sociocultural data in order to better describe the complex spatiotemporal relationships between humans and their built environment.
