Bio
Anita Benn is the Computer Science and Mathematics Division Admin in the Computing and Computational Sciences Directorate. In this role, she supports the Division Director, Michael Parks, and provides administrative support for the Advanced Scientific Computing Research funding opportunity announcements. Prior to this position, she served as the Group/Section Administrative Assistant in the Nuclear Energy and Fuel Cycle Division in the Fusion and Fission Energy and Science Directorate. Anita attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Georgia State University, Atlanta, Georgia, and graduated summa cum laude from Pellissippi State, Knoxville, Tennessee, with an Associate of Science Degree in business in 2022.
Outside of work, Anita enjoys spending time with her family, taking long walks, and thrift shopping.
