Bridgette Rodgers

Bridgette has over 16 years of experience as an energy project developer for Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC) and Utility Energy Savings Contracts (UESC).  She has been involved in the development of over $300M in ESPC and UESC projects and received a Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) Energy and Water management award in 2022 for her work at Keesler Air Force base.  She received her B.S in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia and holds a PE license in the state of Virginia.

In her role at ORNL, Bridgette helps agencies launch ESPC, UESC, and ESPC ENABLE projects. She will support agencies by helping with acquisition planning tasks such as determining project feasibility, providing site and agency training, coordinating FEMP-qualified project facilitators, and determining project support services that FEMP can provide.
