Bio
Dan is an HPC Engineer in the User Assistance and Outreach group (UAO). He earned a B.S. in Computer Science in 2011 and a M.S. in Atmospheric Science in 2018, both from Purdue University. Dan has over 10 years of HPC and software development experience across academia, research, and industry. Prior to joining ORNL in 2020, he worked at Rolls-Royce supporting aerospace engineering design and analysis on HPC systems, and at Purdue University supporting a variety of researchers on Purdue’s HPC systems, where he joined the HPC team as an undergraduate.
