Dominic Giuliano is an Instrument Design Engineer within the Instrument Engineering Group. Dominic provides project planning as well as nuclear mechanical design and analysis to develop and deploy world class neutron scattering instruments within the SNS and HFIR neutron scattering facilities. Dominic first joined ORNL in 2008. Since that time, he has worked on technically challenging projects where he has designed, developed, and implemented radiation tolerant equipment used in the production of high value industrial isotopes and radiopharmaceuticals, as well as designed systems for nuclear accelerator and fusion facilities. Prior research areas include additive manufacturing and automated welding.
