Frank Li

Postdoctoral Research Associate

Fengqi (Frank) Li is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Grid-interactive Controls Group. Fengqi’s experience in research, education, and architectural design facilitates his cross-disciplinary approach. Projecting into a future environment of renewable energy integration, material intelligence, and extreme data fluctuation requires us to consider an alternative design and planning framework. In his research, Fengqi develops computational tools for design and planning that take into account energy paradigm shifts from fossil fuels to renewable resources.
