With extensive experience as electronics technician, Hugh Harvey joined ORNL in 2022 as a Electrical Design Technician in the Instrument Data Acquisition and Controls group in the Neutron Sciences Directorate. Hugh works at HFIR and is responsible primarily for the electrical design of beamline motion control and shutter systems, among other tasks.
