James joined ORNL in September 2023 and serves as a Quality Representative in the Quality Assurance Division is matrixed support of the Enrichment Science and Engineering Division within the Isotope Science and Engineering Directorate. Prior to joining ORNL James worked in the automotive industry for over 30 years. He spent 20+ years in supplier quality engineering and 6 years in product design and quality leadership positions. Areas of focus in his career have been in supplier qualification, development and control, printed circuit board supplier SME, new product launch, change management, and quality management systems.
