Jordan McDonnell joined Oak Ridge National Laboratory as a Nuclear Data Analyst in the Nuclear Data Group in 2020. Jordan has contributed to the evaluations of neutron reaction cross section data for inclusion in the ENDF library, with an interest in advancing the state of the art in the theoretical modeling of the reactions. From 2020 to 2022, Jordan was the product owner for the TSUNAMI sensitivity and uncertainty analysis suite within the SCALE code system. From 2022 until the present, Jordan is the product owner for the AMPX nuclear data processing code.
Jordan received his Ph.D. in Nuclear Physics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2012.
