Operations Specialist Joe Dillard joined ORNL's Stable Isotope Production Facility Demonstration Group in 2023.
Before coming to ORNL, Joe was with Urenco USA from 2006 to 2023, where he supported the construction, commissioning, start-up, and operation of the National Enrichment Facility; the only commercial gas centrifuge uranium enrichment facility in the United States.
Joe also served in the U.S. Navy from 1997 to 2006, starting as an Electrician’s Mate Nuclear and ending as a Division Officer on U.S.S. Mobile Bay (CG-53).
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from the University of the Southwest.
