Information Technology Project Manager

Josh serves as the Information Technology Project Manager for the Operations Section of the National Center for Computational Sciences at ORNL.

He previously served as a Nuclear Nonproliferation Program Specialist for the Learning Sciences Group within the Nuclear and Radiological Security Section at ORNL. As a member of ORNL’s Learning Sciences group, he supported programs, projects, sponsors, and collaborations that allow the delivery of learning solutions for both domestic and international partners.

Josh has previously served within DOE as an Engineering Support Specialist at Y-12 National Security Complex, a Science Writer Intern for the Oak Ridge Leadership Computing Facility, and is an alum of the National Nuclear Security Administration Graduate Fellowship Program.

While pursuing a Master of Communication and Information degree at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, Josh's research focused on risk communication and policy within the energy sector. As a masters student at Arizona State University majoring in Global Security, Josh completed coursework in cybersecurity, terrorism and insurgency, and weapons of mass destruction. Josh is currently a PhD student in Robert Morris University's Information Systems and Communication program. 

Josh also serves as a Part-Time Adjunct Instructor at King University where he leads courses in organizational communication, public relations, and mass media studies.
