NRC Projects Office Business Operations Manager

Lindsey Aloisi joined the Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) in July 2007 as Business Operations Manager for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Projects Office, which is located within the Nuclear Energy and Fuel Cycle Division (NEFCD). In this position, Lindsey is responsible for program management and financial tracking of a $10M research program consisting of hundreds of accounts. She serves as the primary ORNL liaison between the NRC and the Department of Energy on business matters concerning the receipt of and response to requests for Lab technical support. As Business Operations Manager, Lindsey develops technical and financial proposals based on the descriptions of work from the NRC and the ORNL PM’s selection of personnel. Lindsey also provides guidance to ORNL PMs and research staff on business procedures with the NRC, and she directly contributes to SharePoint website development efforts for NEFCD. 

Additionally, Ms. Aloisi is part of ORNL's Project Management Office, assisting principal investigators with project controls and project management related activities within NEFCD. 

Lindsey received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Tennessee in July 2004, with a collateral study in Management. She earned her Project Management Professional Certification in August 2020.
