Peizhi Mai is a postdoctoral research associate in computational quantum many body physics in the Center for Nanophase Materials Sciences at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). He joined ORNL in December 2018 after receiving his Ph.D. in Physics from University of California, Santa Cruz. His primary scientific interests are numerical and analytical studies of strongly correlated systems with focus on superconductivity and strange metal properties.
