Dr. Vanshika Singh is a Research Associate Staff Scientist in Disruptive Manufacturing Systems Development Group at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. She finished her Ph.D. (2019 - 2023) from University of Tennessee, Knoxville - Oak Ridge Innovation Institute in the Energy Science and Engineering Department. Her faculty advisors were Dr. Michael M. Kirka and Prof. Sudarsanam Suresh Babu. She has a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical and Automation Engineering from Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology, Delhi, India (2012 - 2016), and worked at General Electric Aerospace (formerly GE Aviation), India, for three years (2016 - 2019). During her graduate studies, she has two accepted peer-reviewed journal paper, one under-review paper, one provisional patent, secured first-runner up in Blue Sky Competition by 49th NAMRC conference, and NSF student grant recipient for MPIF 2021 & 2022.
