Victoria S. Luckadoo is a proud native of St Louis, Missouri, where she graduated from Wright City High School.  Victoria has made Knoxville, Tennessee her home in November of 1996. Since her arrival, she has worked for John Deere Corporation and the Brunswick Boat Group.  Victoria began her career at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in February 2010 and has worked for the Climate Science Institute, Information Technology and at present works in the Nuclear Analytical Chemistry Section in the Chemical Sciences Division.

Luckadoo has served 24 years in the Tennessee Air National Guard, and she attended the Enlisted Professional Military Education Technical Schools in Keesler AFB, MS for Knowledge Operations Specialist, Personnel Technical School, The Heavy Equipment Operator in Fairchild AFB, WA and The Non-Commissioned Officer Academy in England AFB, FL.  She was deployed in 1991 to Incirlik AFB in Turkey, Operation Provide Comfort and in 2020 to Udeid Air Base, Doha, Qatar, Operation Freedom Sentinel.

In Victoria’s spare time, she loves spending time with her husband Scott and her family, and she has 5 wonderful grandchildren.  They enjoy motorcycle riding, spending time working in the familys garden and listening to music.
