Johnny Moore, Melissa Lapsa, and Teresa Nichols accepted this prestigious award at ceremonies held at the White House.

ORNL also received DOE’s Federal Energy Management Program’s 2013 Federal Energy and Water Management Award for exceptional accomplishments in energy, water, and fleet management in the Federal sector and Teresa Nichols accepted the award (picture attached).

Additionally, ORNL was recognized by the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Outstanding Achievement for Air Quality – recognizing ORNL’s SCI’s holistic approach to the Lab’s sustainable efforts such as greenhouse gas management/operational Biomass Steam Plant.  John Powell accepted the award in Nashville for ORNL.
