Abstract
In this term paper I explain the need to develop a cost model for charge-back to research programs for the material, equipment, fees, and labor effort needed to package, store, characterize, and ship nuclear waste originating from work within NNFD facilities. I then develope a cost model using non-uniformly scaled numbers to be representative but not real and use the numbers to develope a charge back cost model.
