Briana D Hiscox

Technical Professional - Nuclear Reactor Analyst

Briana Hiscox is a Nuclear Reactor Analyst within the Research and Test Reactor Physics Group at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). She joined ORNL as a Post-Master's Research Associate in 2018 and became a staff member in 2020. 

Prior to joining ORNL, she received her B. S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut in 2015 and her M. S. in Nuclear Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2018 with a specialization in a Reactor Engineering.   

She is currently a member of the neutronic core design team for the Transformational Challenge Reactor (TCR) program and a part of the SCALE team.
