Bio
Hyeonsup Lim is R&D Associate Staff Member in Transportation Analytics & Decision Science Group at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. He is currently managing the Freight Analysis Framework (FAF) project, mainly working on freight modeling, data imputation, and developing/managing the FAF database and webtool. He also worked in estimating truck load factors, energy commodity flow estimation, developing self-learning license plate matching algorithm, evaluation of real-time traffic data, and estimating error distribution of multiple data sources in connected vehicle environment. His research interests include freight flows, statistical modeling, machine learning, traffic flow theories, and connected/autonomous vehicles.
